公司创建于1990年，地处交通便捷，物产丰富，人文景观昌盛,经济繁荣素有“山青水秀”“鱼米之乡”美誉的皖南地区。公司产品主要以皖南山区丰富的林木资源为依托，公司现设有企业战略发展规划部、采购物流规划部、产品开发部，生产部、售后服务部、市场营销等部门，现有职工120余人，其中高职技术员工16人，企业战略发展规划部，常年与国内物流技术研究所长期合作，建立战略伙伴关系，并聘请国内知名物流专家做技术顾问，长期指导公司中长期战略发展。
生产部下辖：木材加工厂，木制品厂等深加工企业并具有现代化的生产设备，采用先进的生产工艺流程，特别是拥有大型的现代化烘开车间，能对大批量的木材进行高温消毒处理，产品畅销国内外。
公司倡导以人为本、诚信为主的原则，实施企业流程再造技术管理，坚持以质量求生存，薄利多销为原则，产品已远销国内外，销售产品连年攀升，年均销售额已突破1200余万元，自2000年始已与国际几家知名企业建立了长的供货合作关系。
近年来，公司还着重产品生产成本的降低及产品质量的提高，并根据用户的需要，率先实行产品全程跟踪服务，产品一经出厂，便向客户提供极为完善的售后服务，赢得了广大用户的信赖，成为同行业中的佼佼者，目前在华东地区已经建立起较为完整的销售服务网络，注重研究与中外合资企业的合作，并着力开拓国际市场。

Wuhu Yuhua Timber Co.,Ltd,founded in 1990,is located
in South of Anhui province with abundant resources、convenient
transportation、graceful landscape. It's famous for
prosperous economy、rich fish and rice,picturesque
scenery.Depending on abundant forest resources,our
company has set up Program Dep. for Strategy Development、Order
Dep.、Development Dep.、Production Dep.、Service Dep.、Market
Dep. and so on. Now we have almost 120 employees,including
16 senior technicians.Program Dep. has established
long-term、cooperative、strategical partner relationship
with domestically Logistic Technique Research Institute.
Meanwhile,we also invited famous experts as technical
advisors,who guide our strategy development for a
long term.
Production Dep. includes timber processing、deep
processing of wood products with modern equipments.
We possess advanced technological flow,especially
large modern drying workshop,which can make disinfectant
treatment in high temperature on batch timber. Our
leading products are in great demand at home and abroad.
